the New York Times and the Journal of Zoology.
He is the Co-author of Diving
With Sharks and the primary photographer in numerous
other shark books.

An active conservationist, Andy started the
Predators in Peril Initiative to highlight the issues that
sharks are facing. Through PIP, Andy's images have been
utilized by hundreds of conservation organizations for
proposals to protect sharks and to produce conservation

Simon is a professional underwater cameraman,
filmmaker and ocean advocate with a definite weakness for
all things big and toothy.
He has worked on a wide range of broadcast and cinema
productions and has received numerous awards for his work
including multiple awards for cinematography from the
International Wildlife Film Festival.
Knowledgeable and extremely approachable, he is always willing to
share his experience and advice to enable you to get the

Jennifer is an award-winning underwater
photographer, graphic designer, public speaker, and author
who shares compelling narratives of the natural world.
As a native Texan who flew over the Deepwater
Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, she was moved to
raise awareness of the value and importance of local waters
by completing a five-year quest in which she became the
first woman to dive all 50 states. She shared her journey in
An American Immersion, a photographic and narrative book
published by Best Publishing Company.
She has been diving for 24 years and earned
more than 29 certifications, including as a PADI Instructor
She is a PADI Ambassadiver, committed to elevating diving in
global communities. Through her training and affiliation
with the Ozark Cave Diving Alliance (OCDA), Jennifer
includes underwater caves in her narrative of fresh water.
Jennifer is also a member of the Ocean
Artistís Society, dedicated to using ocean art to inspire
people around the world to a greater awareness of our need
to foster a healthy planet. Her photography and articles
have been widely published in media that includes BBC
Earth, DIVER, SCUBA Diving, Alert Diver, and Sport
photography of salmon sharks and Alaskan moon jellies was
recently awarded in the international photo competitions

Andy Murch is a fanatical big animal diver.
He has photographed and dived with more sharks than most
people on this planet and he's very good at it.
Andy's images and shark stories have appeared in hundreds
of books and magazines around the world from titles as varied as
Canadian Geographic, Scuba Diving, FHM, Digital Photography, and
the Journal of Zoology.
Andy is the Creator of the ever expanding
Shark and Ray Field
When not running big animal expeditions or on
photographic assignments, Andy lives and dives on Vancouver Island,
Andy is also the driving force behind
the PREDATORS IN PERIL PROJECT
which shines a spotlight on many endangered species of sharks and
rays that are largely overlooked by mainstream conservation groups.
